Pop sensation Sabrina Carpenter Unveils Complete ‘Man’s Best Friend’ Tracklist With the Help of a Furry Companion, giving fans a full look at her highly anticipated seventh studio album.
The singer took to Instagram on Friday (Aug. 1) to share the big reveal. In her post, Carpenter displayed a handwritten list of all 12 tracks on a paper marked with red stains, keeping with her signature playful aesthetic. Over the past few weeks, she had been teasing fans by unveiling one track at a time through social media posts featuring a golden retriever puppy sitting proudly on a director’s chair embroidered with each song’s title. This time, Carpenter herself joined in on the fun, sitting with the pup while revealing the final track, “Tears.”
“Thank you to all my beautiful perfect fans that helped me reveal the tracklist for Man’s Best Friend,” Carpenter wrote in the caption. “Can’t believe the album will be in your ears in exactly four weeks.”
The full announcement comes a little over a month after Carpenter first revealed the upcoming album, set to drop Aug. 29 via Island Records. So far, fans have only heard one single from the project, the chart-topping “Manchild,” which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 in June.
Alongside “Manchild” and “Tears,” Man’s Best Friend will also feature an eclectic mix of tracks, including:
-
“My Man on Willpower”
-
“Sugar Talking”
-
“We Almost Broke Up Again Last Night”
-
“Nobody’s Son”
-
“Never Getting Laid”
-
“When Did You Get Hot?”
-
“Go Go Juice”
-
“Don’t Worry I’ll Make You Worry”
-
“House Tour”
-
“Goodbye”
With the countdown officially on, Carpenter’s fans are buzzing with excitement to finally hear the full album and see how each playful, witty title comes to life in her music.
